1. Membership Benefits
– Membership includes unlimited self dog wash visits during the active billing period.
– Each visit includes access to tubs, shampoo, brushes, towels, dryers, aprons, and all standard wash supplies.

2. Non-Transferable
– Membership is assigned to one household and one dog (or a specified number of dogs, if you choose).
– Memberships cannot be shared, transferred, or used for dogs outside the registered household.

3. Dog Eligibility
– Dogs must be healthy, non-aggressive, and up-to-date on vaccinations (rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella recommended).
– Dogs showing signs of illness, fleas, or aggression may be refused service at staff discretion.

4. Owner Responsibility
– Owners must remain with their dog at all times during the wash.
– Owners are responsible for the behavior and safety of their dog, and for following posted wash instructions.

5. Clean-Up Requirement
– We ask all members to perform a basic clean-up after use (removing excess fur, wiping surfaces).
– Staff will perform final sanitizing, but excessive mess left intentionally may result in fees or cancellation.

6. Appointment & Walk-In Policy
– Walk-ins are welcome; however, wait times may occur during peak hours.
– Cool Dawgs does not guarantee immediate availability during busy periods.

7. Equipment Use
– Misuse or intentional damage to tubs, sprayers, dryers, or other equipment may result in repair fees.
– For safety reasons, professional grooming tools (clippers, scissors, nail trimmers) are not included.

8. Membership Billing
– Memberships are charged monthly and renew automatically.
– Billing will continue until canceled by the member.

9. Cancellations & Refunds
– Members may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle.
– No partial or prorated refunds for unused days, missed washes, or early cancellation.

10. Store Rules & Safety
– Dogs must remain leashed when not in the wash tub.
– Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
– Any unsafe conduct may result in termination of membership.

11. Right to Refuse Service
– Cool Dawgs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel memberships at any time for:
– Repeated policy violations
– Aggressive behavior (dog or owner)
– Excessive damage or misconduct

12. Liability Waiver
– Cool Dawgs is not responsible for injuries to your dog or damages to personal items caused by use of the wash station.
– By using the facility or purchasing a membership, you agree to assume all risks associated with bathing your dog.

13. Policy Updates
– Policies may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of substantial changes.

• All pets must be leashed or crated upon entering and exiting the shop.
   
• Owners are responsible for the behavior and control of their pets at all times.
   
• Cool Dawgs reserves the right to refuse service to any pet for safety, health, or behavior concerns.
   
• Pets showing signs of aggression, extreme stress, or posing risk to staff or customers may be asked to leave.
   
• Please clean up after your pet. Waste bags are provided as a courtesy.
   
• Vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella) are strongly recommended for all services.
   
• Cool Dawgs is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the shop.
   

• The Self Wash is a DIY service. Owners are responsible for safely securing and washing their pets.
   
• Never leave your pet unattended in the tub or anywhere in the wash area.
   
• Please use the provided towels, shampoos, and tools respectfully—excessive waste may result in additional fees.
   
• Last Self Wash of the day must begin 30 minutes before closing.
   
• Wash stations must be left in reasonable condition. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee.
   
• Dogs with fleas, ticks, open wounds, or infectious conditions cannot use the Self Wash area.
   
• Children must be supervised at all times.
   

• Memberships are per dog and non-transferable.
   
• Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
   
• Members receive unlimited self washes, subject to availability and normal business hours.
   
• Excessive or back-to-back washes intended for commercial use (breeders, groomers, etc.) are not permitted.
   
• Memberships may be revoked for misuse, aggressive pets, or failure to follow shop rules.
   
• No refunds or partial credits for unused visits or mid-cycle cancellations.
   
• Cool Dawgs reserves the right to change membership pricing with advance notice.
   

• Appointment times are estimates. Actual time may vary depending on coat condition, behavior, and service requested.
   
• Severe matting, impacted nails, or extreme dirtiness may incur additional fees.
   
• Pet owners must disclose any behavioral issues or medical conditions prior to service.
   
• Cool Dawgs is not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as skin issues, allergies, matting-related irritation, or stress reactions.
   
• If a pet becomes overly stressed or unsafe to groom, the service may be stopped for the pet’s well-being. Full or partial fees may still apply.
   
• No-show or late-cancellation fees may be enforced.
   
• Owners must pick up pets promptly after service completion; late pick-ups may incur charges.
   

• Pets must not be brought in if they have:
   
  • Fleas or ticks
     
  • Contagious illnesses
     
  • Open wounds or surgical stitches
     
  • Extreme aggression
     
• Cool Dawgs maintains a sanitized, safe environment but cannot guarantee against allergic reactions to products.
   
• Owners accept all risks associated with grooming, washing, or handling their pets in-store.
   

• Owners agree to hold Cool Dawgs harmless from any injury, illness, or incident that occurs as a result of their pet’s behavior or pre-existing conditions.
   
• Cool Dawgs is not liable for injuries resulting from owner misuse of equipment in the Self Wash area.
   
• By using Cool Dawgs services, customers acknowledge and accept all posted terms & conditions.
